Offshore & Onshore

The need for working hands on short / medium term projects, alongside the need to provide quick results in short amount of time without getting an empty pocket have made us exploring external over-the-sea relations with some powerhouse companies.

As of 2018, INTEGRA-CI has several signed contracts among these companies, the benefit of our relations is measured in multiple planes:

Short / medium term projects – our customers don’t need to handle contracts, hiring, legal issues, INTEGRA-CI is the local address for ALL needs, changes, support, implementation and (god forbid) problems if they arise.
Powerhouse of manpower – we are prepared to facilitate (almost) any amount of personnel for performing a job. The skillset of the personnel that’s located offshore varies from developer (.net , web, full stack, front end, back end, python, node.js, …) to designers, project managers, quality assurance (manual , automatic) , UI / UX experts etc.
Cost effectiveness – in most cases, the offshore solution is much more attractive cost-wise, for some time it was believed that the low price usually means that the quality is not good (you get what you pay for), It’s not true in this case, since you are paying LESS, you can actually buy MORE of other things that usually you wouldn’t buy.

So what’s the ‘ONSHORE’ part here?

Onshore since you have a local representation for these remote companies, installation, knowledge transfer, support, maintenance is done here in Israel at your office.

I’ve had some bad experience working with offshore companies

We too had similar experience, this is why INTEGRA-CI was the first customer of these companies, that’s right, we have invested actual money and financed one of our own project done with these companies. INTEGRA-CI would never recommend a solution that was not pre-verified for quality internally, our good name is much more importance than any project.

So, why should I use INTEGRA-CI, and not just go to the source?

You can, we would gladly recommend some of our partners. INTEGRA-CI is building relationship with its partners (on local markets and offshore), we are not binding nor needing exclusiveness from neither one mentioned above. We feel that it’s the best interests of both side to have us in the process.

INTEGRA-CI personnel are talking both Hebrew and the local language of the offshore companies, we are participating actively on site in the customer site AND also offshore during the development process to make sure that the progress is being made accordingly to

How is this cost effective?

Imagine you have a budget of 100K to complete a project. You could use a local solution, and potentially hire a developer to perform the task in about 4 months. However, using an off-shore solution, you could hire a team of 2 developers, 1 UI Expert to ensure the project looks stunning, 1 QA Engineer to write STD and test the product, and 1 Project Manager to supervise the entire affair, ensuring a timely completion. Getting a better result, at half the time, in roughly 2 months.
