We're a software company that creates a product for hospital's operation rooms and intensive care units, the system's credibility is self-explanatory. Due to the product's complexity we perform vast automation tests, as long as our tests quantity grew, our testing back-end that we've used for running these tests (Microsoft tools) crashed exponentially. After many failed attempts with MS we've used Integra-CI in order to achieve different solution. Integra-CI team have written us new Testing environment that was based on Jenkins, the work was performed quickly and professionally and we have restored our automation capabilities in a short amount of time. After the work completion, we had several support calls and received almost real time support from Integra-CI team. Now, we run every night (about 10 hours) of automation tests, spanning on more than 170 machines without any problems.

Tzahi from Integra-CI was brought to be a project manager at Matrix. He got a challenging responsibility to build relationships with a new customer in the USA and made it great. He lead a team of 4 professionals dealing with replacing core system elements in a company selling energy in USA & Canada. The feedback from the customer was at the highest level a vendor can expect and relationships created during the project period both with the customer personal, the managed team and me as the manager of the account were great. The solutions introduced for solving the issues raised by the customer were flexible, generic and even enabled the IT guides to handover some of the logic to the business level and thus reduce the amount of maintenance required for the products
